How long does a session take?
Sessions typically last between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the depth of the work required. However, we recommend clients block out 1.5 to 2.5 hours to ensure the space is unhurried and allows for deep, meaningful change. Each session includes a personalised audio, which you’ll be asked to listen to daily for 21 days - this supports the integration of your transformation.
How does it work?
This isn’t magic - it’s neuroscience. Using clinical NLP, hypnotherapy, and coaching, we engage the subconscious mind, helping you rewire patterns that are no longer useful. The process taps into the same brainwave states as REM sleep, which allows us to access and shift root-level beliefs and behaviours with surprising efficiency.
What if I revisit painful or difficult scenes?
You may encounter difficult scenes or memories during our work together. This is completely normal - and you're never reliving it, you're simply reviewing it with the support and safety of your practitioner. We create a grounded, confidential space for this process. Many clients are surprised by what surfaces, but also by how quickly they feel relief.

What does hypnotherapy feel like?
Everyone’s experience is different. Some feel light or floaty, some deeply relaxed, others simply focused and calm. You’re never asleep or unaware - this is a focused, conscious process. What matters most is not how it feels, but the results it creates. And yes, sometimes a giggle or tear at the start is just your nervous system releasing tension.
What if I don’t “go deep” enough?
Depth doesn’t determine effectiveness. Whether your mind feels light or alert, the process is working. Our job is to guide you to what your subconscious wants you to know - your role is simply to stay open and curious.
When will I start to notice changes?
Change comes in three forms:

Every client is different, but most experience clear results within a few weeks.

Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
No. That’s a myth. You are fully in control at all times. You can speak, move, or even open your eyes if you wish. This is nothing like stage hypnosis. We use safe, science-backed methods that keep you grounded and aware throughout.
What if I already know what’s causing the issue?
That’s a common thought—but knowing something consciously doesn’t always change it. Clinical NLP and hypnotherapy allow you to see things from a completely different angle—one that often surprises you. Sometimes, what your subconscious reveals has never occurred to your conscious mind before. That’s where the transformation happens.
How many sessions will I need?
Some clients feel major breakthroughs in a single session. Others choose to work through multiple layers or themes over time. We tailor your journey based on your goals, pace, and depth of change. Many clients begin with three sessions and return occasionally for recalibration or support during life transitions.
